what you'll need:
- any colored paper(for the tail)
- hole puncher
- string or yarn
- pencil
- scissors
- look at the picture if u don't understand my instructions
what to do:
- draw the kind of tail you want your doll to have measure her waist and leg length on the paper
- know it's time to make the tail customized. add glitter, scales, fabric scraps, buttons, cotton balls, or beads to make it your own.
- after it dries (if you glued anything on) cut out the tail
- at the top 2 corners punch a hole at each corner for the string or yarn to go through
- string the yarn or string through the holes
- put the tail at the front of your dolls legs and then tie the string in the back
- now you have the most easiest to make doll mermaid costume!!!
This costume is sooooo cute i had to post it. Of course our dog Taffy had to sneak into the picture with her fangs hangin out.I know i didn't spend much time on mine as u guys can. I just hope that hurricane sandy doesn't ruin Halloween for us all:(
